Elsa Majimbo is a 19-year-old internet sensation and a social media star, who is South Africa-based Kenyan comic.
She is known for her comic videos that have gone viral amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many were first introduced to Elsa after a video of her making fun of the lockdown and social distancing went viral in SA in April. Since then, she has become a brand and garnered over 400,000 followers on Instagram and Twitter.
In the viral video that launched her star in South Africa, Elsa asks: “Since corona started, we have all been in isolation and I miss no-one. Why am I missing you? What is the reason for me to miss you? Do I pay your school fees? Do I pay your rent? Do I provide food for you?”

The 19-year-old has received an eyewear endorsement from Rihanna’s Luxury clothing brand Fenty after posting a video that went viral saying:
“You see me in this and you want to look me in the eye?” she says in the monologue used to announce the endorsement. “Oh na na, what’s my name? Money,” she laughs after Quoting Rihanna lyrics, accessorising each sentence with a new pair of Fenty shades.
