The road section will be closed from 26th September 2020 to 1st April 2021.

The authority is directing all vehicles from City Centre heading to James Gichuru direction to turn left into the service road before St. Mark’s Footbridge and rejoin Waiyaki Way after Mvuli Road.

“Motorist are further requested to follow directions as shall be indicated on the road signage provoded, and/or by traffic marshals on site,” said KeNHA.

KeNHA adds: “We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused as we endevour to improve the existing infrastructure along this critical section of the Mombasa-Nairobi Highway (A8 Road).”
