According to Health Line an expert health guide portal, the dark chocolate is said to have nutrients that will positively affect your health. It contains 70-80 percent of cocoa which has minerals like fiber, iron, copper, and manganese that moderates the amount of sugar. The fats are also said to be saturated and monosaturated.
The compounds in the dark chocolate have less cholestorol that lowers the risk of any heart diseases. A study was done and it revealed eating dark chocolate more than 5 times per week lowered the risk of heart disease by 57 percent.
Another study also showed that dark chocolate acts as antioxidants that are known to fight any cell damage.
