FKF President Nick Mwendwa has urged Harambee Stars to play their best as they play Tanzania on Thursday.
Mwendwa said that as much as Kenya fell 2-0 to Algeria he believes the team has the capability of winning in the remaining games.
“We have a chance to make amends against Tanzania and I am confident we will,” Mwendwa said.
He urged the players to put everything that happened behind as they prepare for the remaining matches.
“Let’s show that we can fight. Let’s show that we can do something for the Kenyan flag and the result will find its way home,” he added.
Harambee Star will be taking on Taifa Stars of Tanzania on Thursday night at, at the 30 June Stadium in Cairo, Egypt.
Both teams are at the bottom of Group C after playing one game each.
