Women leaders supporting the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga met today in Baringo.
The women who were led Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris and Homa Bay MP Gladys Wanga attended a church service before holding a rally in Kabarnet.
The embrace team called for a peaceful and prosperous Kenya where every tribe is united to achieve the Big Four Agenda.
Passaris said the team was also advocating for safe spaces for women and girls so they can achieve their full potential.
Baringo residents applauded the movement while asking them to address and seek solutions for the killings in the county.
Team Embrace vowed to find a solution that will bring peace and cohesion in the restive region.
